Having spent years sourcing the best local suppliers, we believe that all our ingredients are the very best Cornwall has to offer.  The majority of our fish comes from John Collins at Dennis Knights Fish Merchant in Port Isaac.  Our lobsters and other line caught fish come straight off the local boats in the harbour.  Our meat is supplied by Cornish butcher Williams of Wadebridge, our bread comes from the Chough Bakery in Padstow harbour and our Charcuteries come from Deli Farm Charcuterie in Delabole.  All our vegetables come from West Country fine foods who use Cornish produce when possible and our local cheeses are supplied by Hanson’s fine foods.
